Have both certificates authenticate by a Notary or a Lawyer.
Send both Certificates to the Department of Foreign Affairs to have them authenticated. Request to the Department of Foreign Affairs to have the documents sent here.
The fee at the Embassy is $US 30, per document paid with a money order under the name of “Embassy of Panama, Consular Section”. (See: Authentication of documents )
You have to provide us either your Courier Account Number or your card number, so we can make the arrangements to the courier to have the documents sent to you.
